Katherine Anne Couric (Katie Couric) was born in January, 1957, in Arlington, Virginia, U.S. Katie Couric is a Television journalist, and she started her career in 1979. Katherine has done and continues do a number of popular TV journalism with the likes of ABC News and Dateline NBC.
